Somatic Microdoses is a project to share body-based practices in an accessible and low-cost format. You can print out the image above and fold it into a booklet using the video instructions here.

These are practices that can be used for:

1) greater self-connection

2) pleasure

3) spaciousness in your life

4) trusting yourself

These practices are body-oriented and benefit from being approached in terms of feelings before analysis. Treat each one gently, as an experiment: what sensations, images, and feelings arise? Discomfort is a natural response to what is new and unfamiliar. If you can, bring curiosity rather than judgement. Remember, you can stop at any time, for any reason, whether you understand why or not.

For each practice, remember:

2) Feel

3) Repeat
